I have a double experience in consulting acquired at Capgemini Consulting and as an operational manager in large groups Générale des Eaux, SAUR Groupe Bouygues, allowing me to propose a structured approach to project management and a pedagogical approach valuing the teams involved.

I assist General or Real Estate or HR/Transformation Departments at all stages of the definition of the real estate strategy, up to the implementation of facilities management, by integrating all the issues related to this type of operation on the technical, purchasing, budgetary, HR, communication, digital and business interface aspects. I facilitate arbitration within the COMEX and Steering Committees in order to guarantee the progress of the project within the deadlines, budgets and level of satisfaction of the future occupants desired.
