  • Minimise customer risk (risk of default and non-payment) by maximising sales for the Eutelsat group: Thanks to the tools we had at our disposal (SAP, Sales Force, Teams...) with my French and international teams we reduced the Average Payment Term (APT) by 5 days and we exceeded our Cash target (+16 MEuros) in 2020 despite the current health crisis... Creation, development and implementation in our management software (SAP, Sales Force and Altisys) of a risk matrix to determine the customer scoring, the type and amount of guarantee to be requested from customers in order to initiate the drafting of customer contracts with the Sales Administration Monitor all the customer Scoring of the different portfolios on a monthly basis with a dashboard for Top Management and COMEX members in order to take actions to keep the risk exposure in line with the commitments. Train the credit controllers community on the processes and different levels of customer credit risk assessment Advise top management on the choice of external preservers and on the terms of contracts: Dun & Bradstreet-Altares, credit insurers (Euler-Hermes/Coface), banks, external debt collectors (to outsource the management of inactive customers) etc...
