How can I delete my account?

In My Account > Security, choose between Disable or Delete.

Disable: Your information remains stored on the FIT in NETWORK® website and, as long as you wish, your profile does not appear.

Delete: All your information is deleted. If you wish to have a profile on the FIT in NETWORK® site again, you will have to enter all fields, as you did when you first registered.

How can I change my password?

Click on Login and then on the Forgotten Password button. You will receive an email to reset your password.

How to add/modify a profile photo?

All accounts are verified and validated.

However, if you feel you need to share information with the administrator, you can write to him via the Contact form.

How does the expert sponsoring system work?

To sponsor, the expert must have a profile on the FIT in NETWORK®.

The expert can then access “My expert space” and, in the side panel to “Expert sponsoring”, access the invitation form for new members. You can also access it via this link: www.fitin-network.com/mon-compte/parrainage/

To easily sponsor a large number of people, the expert can also share his or her sponsor link directly with the people he or she wishes to sponsor, or by sharing it on social media for example.

The more experts you sponsor, the higher your profile will appear in the list of experts!

What are the advantages of the expert sponsoring system?

When you invite people to join FIT in NETWORK®, you become a sponsor.

The more members you invite to join the platform, the more you increase your profile rate, which allows you to gain places in the list of experts.

Example: You have a Premium and 100% completed expert profile. To appear at the top of the list with in front of other members, you have the possibility to sponsor new members.
