In order to maintain its competitiveness, the family business has many challenges to face.
The company wished to call on an interim manager to simplify its product range and relaunch a new commercial dynamic.

Production has improved with the implementation of new production cycles, and the improvement of product quality and production times.
Finally, the sales team was strengthened with the recruitment of a Sales Manager.
After 6 months, the company managed to return to an economic balance.
Within 1 year, the company's recovery was successful, the net result was balanced, and the turnover reached 2 digits.
At the end of his mission, the manager organized the handover to the President who reintegrated the operational general management in his new responsibilities.
