In order to maintain its competitiveness, the family business has many challenges to face.

The company wished to call on an interim manager to simplify its product range and relaunch a new commercial dynamic.
It is thus necessary to modify the industrial organization in place.

The family business approached FIT in NETWORK® to find THE interim manager, a management specialist who would best meet its needs.

After having clearly identified the client's expectations, we launched a search for a manager with previous experience in business recovery and industry.

Over a total period of 9 months, the manager in place succeeded in setting up a management team to ensure the operational, commercial and financial management of the company.

The company discontinued a product line deemed uncompetitive, and launched a new line with high volume potential in a growing market.

The family group also decided to close its regional counters to concentrate the activity on a single site, allowing the launch of new investments with bank support.

Production has improved with the implementation of new production cycles, and the improvement of product quality and production times.

Finally, the sales team was strengthened with the recruitment of a Sales Manager.
