CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
Our client is an international joint venture company, with the most highly reputable companies in their field, currently contracted by the National Water Company on a water management contract in Saudi Arabia.
Within this long-term contract, our client is committed to upgrade the whole operational performance and to scale up the operational team expertise. In this context, we have been mandated, on an Exclusive & Confidential basis, in rapidly finding a member of one cluster management team.
We are therefore proposing for our client an employment position as Cluster Water Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manager, based in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will join this project as a member of the operational team and has number 2 in the management team of the cluster.
Being part of the 2030 Saudis’ national vision, we are looking for an experienced professional with a qualified experience in managing water contracts, both for potable and for sewage water activities.

Company in charge of various water production and treatment plants in the cluster.
THE POSITION
Reports directly to the Cluster Director.
Member of the cluster management team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supervise water production and distribution activities;
- Monitor sanitation services.
Working closely with the Cluster Director, the Manager manages a team of medium-sized employees to provide the various water O&M services.
In this position, the manager would manage the following activities:
- Monitor O&M services for drinking water and wastewater;
- Ensure the appropriate training of your operational teams;
- Organize on-call services for teams;
- Analyze water networks and implement operational improvements.
THE PROFILE
International with operational expertise.
Experience in water services management, for drinking water and wastewater activities.
Minimum 15 years' experience.
Technical background in engineering.
Global water manager with experience in operations and management activities.
Non-technical skills
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of Arabic will be an asset.
Multicultural profile, ability to take initiative.
Hands-on approach.
