At FIT in NETWORK®, the Associate Partner (AP) plays a key role in expanding our presence across international markets.
APs are senior professionals who act as trusted representatives of our brand, connecting their local business ecosystem with our global network of 30,000+ executives, experts, and interim managers.

This activity is flexible, strategic, and complementary to their main professional role. It is not an employment position but a long-term collaboration built on mutual value, expertise, and network development.

Associate Partners help reinforce FIT in NETWORK®’s impact by:

  • Representing the brand within their region

  • Building relationships with local companies and decision-makers

  • Identifying needs related to Executive Recruitment & Interim Management

  • Introducing these opportunities to our international team

  • Facilitating connections between clients, candidates, and our project managers

They do not handle recruitment or mission execution directly — that remains fully managed by our central HQ team.
Their focus is on visibility, proximity, and opportunity creation.

📍 Based in the UAE, Rémy brings over 20 years of international experience in procurement, supply chain, and economic development.
He actively supports FIT in NETWORK®’s growth in the Middle East and serves as the key point of contact in the Gulf region.

🤝 Anne-Laure Bernaert – Associate Partner

📍 Based between Dubai and Paris, Anne-Laure is a CFO and financial management consultant with strong expertise in project management, dashboards, and KPIs.
She contributes to FIT in NETWORK®’s development across Europe and the Gulf region, acting as a key point of contact for both areas.
