CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a General Manager of an industrial site for an Interim Management Mission
 based in the Ile de France region. Our client was looking for an expert with at least 10 years' professional experience in projects.

THE MISSION

General management of an industrial entity of the Honeywell Safety Products group
Assume the role of company lawyer
Ensure production and product delivery activities respect quality and deadlines for customers
Coordinate with the Group to achieve site objectives
Work closely with Group support functions
Manage local labor and social relations to motivate operational teams
Ensure that decisions are implemented on time and on budget
Report to the Group on the progress of decisions

PROFILE

Experience in operational general management
Experience in the B-to-B industrial sector
At least 10 years' experience in managing operational and functional teams in matrix mode
Fluent and operational English
Experience in international groups and in managing intermediate-sized units
Organized, rigorous, communicative and operational
