Dear Member,

For an international industrial group, we are exclusively mandated to appoint an Interim Chief Financial Officer (M/W) to take over a position in Luanda, Angola, Africa following a recent management update.

During this mission, you will oversee all the financial & accounting matters, the IT activities but also supervise the Sourcing activities and the General services.

Your will also act as real Business Partner of the CEO, as part of the executive team, to ensure financial visibility, risk and opportunities management and team leadership management.

To qualify for this missions, these are the key success factors ::

• Proven track record in senior financial leadership within complex international environments, ideally matric structures
• Leadership in large teams management, with multicultural backgrounds.
• Preliminary interim missions in Africa, Angola or a similar country, or having a significant permanent position experience

English fluent business language is a must have, mastering Portuguese will be a real bonus.

Chief Financial Officer (M/W)

Reporting to the CEO, functional report to the Group CFO

Managing : Finance including Accounting & cost controlling team, Information & Technology

Supervising: Purchasing teams, General Services

Your main responsibilities includes :

Manage the full Financial & IT scope

• Lead the teams in place, bring energy, support, expertise to meet targets
• Supervise monthly invoices, cash management, client recovery

Ensure reporting & forecasting activities

• Supervise and manage the monthly reporting, both on local & Group Gaaps
• Prepare the budgets, update the rolling forecasts, provide key performance Kpis

Actively contribute to the company performance

• Provide expertise on risk & opportunities, share best practice, improve cost management, develop strong processes and synergies
• Adise the Executive committee on cash, margins and resources optimizations

Forecasting, Budgeting & Risk Management

🏢 Location: Luanda, Angola, Africa

✈️ Mobility: Primarily city based, with limited country business mobility

🚩 Starting date: ASAP, ideally December 2025, latest early January 2026

⚽ Contractual mode : full time interim mission, local housing provided

☑️ Candidate profile

Profile

Senior-Financial professional with Tier-1 Master degree

Proven experience in complex international environments

Expected 15 to 20 years of relevant experience

Expertise across Accounting, Cash, Tax, Cost Control, Workig Capital, SAP and Excel

Skills

High resilience and stress management

Hands-on, structured, autonomous, financial leadership attitude

Strong transparency & communication skills

Languages English required, Portuguese preferred

Another EU language such as Spanish, Italian or French will be a plus
