Strategic management & operational excellence

• Support production teams in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Implement concrete continuous improvement actions: 5S, flow optimization, visual management, VSM, etc.
• Contribute, when relevant, to the implementation of tools such as Kanban to optimize flows and stock management.
• Support industrial transformation by integrating new working methods, operational standards and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives on the shop floor and monitor performance indicators regularly.
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s QHSE standards.

Team management & organizational structuring

• Engage and support production teams and middle management in the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen team engagement, autonomy and collective performance.
• Support skills development, from recruitment to onboarding and integration.
• Share Lean best practices and help teams adopt new operating standards.
• Act as a true driver of operational excellence by contributing to resource optimization, industrial performance improvement and overall production efficiency.

Profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Production or Operations Director roles.
• Experience in high-technology process industries, including reorganization or transformation situations.
• Experience managing CAPEX & OPEX budgets.
• Higher education degree in engineering or industrial management.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with a global organizational vision.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of QHSE standards and Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
