Dear Member,

FIT in NETWORK® is selectively opening its doors on a strictly limited
and invitation-only basis to a handful of Associate Partners as part of
a strategic expansion into Spain.

This initiative is designed to reinforce our international footprint at
executive level and create long-term value through highly curated
partnerships with existing and new clients.

Strictly selective and complementary

The Associate Partner is a senior ambassador who leverages their
professional network to generate strategic introductions and
business opportunities for FIT in NETWORK®.

This is a selective, non-operational role designed to complement an
existing executive career. It focuses exclusively on business
development and does not provide assignments or professional
opportunities for the partner themselves.

Success-based model

Compensation aligned with value creation

There is no fixed remuneration. Compensation is generated exclusively
following successful business outcomes.

04 · Your profile

Senior, connected and entrepreneurial

15+ years of experience in senior corporate roles.
Existing business activity and a strong professional network in Spain.
Strong access to decision-makers and business environments.
Currently active as an executive, consultant or entrepreneur.
Relationship-driven mindset and natural ability to connect people.
Fluent English, with Spanish mandatory.
