Our client is constantly growing and was strengthening its finance teams and creating this new position of Junior Accounts Payable (F/H ) based in the very attractive Alpes Maritimes department.
As an accountant within the Finance & Accounting teams, the manager would face different challenges, such as ensuring that suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
In addition, he/she had the opportunity to participate in a transformation and growth project within a dynamic and enthusiastic management team.

THE POSITION

Primary mission: to meet the day-to-day requirements of the Accounts Payable function, which includes purchase ledger and bookkeeping, ensuring that vendors are paid in a timely manner.

Your primary activities:

- Manage vendor accounts;
- Process accounts payable transactions on a daily basis;
- Manage vendor relationships and research their statements;
- Prepare vendor payment processes and expenses;
- Supervise supplier payments in accordance with internal controls;
- Analyze aging and accruals.
