Administrative and Financial Manager – Interim Management Mission

Design, production and marketing in the world of high technology products, in B to B.
Innovative company and leader in its sector, recognized for the quality of the products.
Several production sites in France and an international distribution network.
Turnover in excess of €100m, several hundred employees in France and worldwide.
Context of growth and development of activities

☑️ Mission
As part of a reinforcement of the skills in place, and an evolution within the group
Ensure the accounting of the company, with several plants in France
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and current cash management
Supervision of the whole Tax & Fiscal dimension
Establishment of annual accounts, preparation of tax returns
Preparation of periodic reporting to the Group, via Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Use of Movex software for current accounting management, migration project to an integrated ERP
Management of a team of 6 to 10 people. Reporting to the CFO.
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax & reporting deadlines
Develop internal control processes
Strengthen accounting procedures, ensure transparency and quality of accounts

Duration of 4 to 6 months, which can be extended or changed depending on the candidate’s profile and the company’s context.

Location: Rhône-Alpes in the Grenoble area

Mobility: sedentary mission, little travel to be expected, telecommuting possible once the integration is completed

Start date: end of April or early May 2021 as soon as the final candidate has been selected by the company.

☑️ Profile required

Higher accounting education, university degree such as MSTCF / DSCG / DESCF or equivalent
Mastery of French accounting standards, IFRS is a plus
Experience in consolidation is also a plus
Fluent in English
About 10 to 15 years of professional experience
Knowledge of the industry, practice of team management
Communicative with positive motivational skills
