Our client has entrusted us, confidentially and exclusively, with the search for an FP&A Market Controller (M/F) for an interim management mission in the high-tech sector.

The objective of the mission is to provide bridge/relay management.

For this mission, the focus will be both on delivering regular reporting and supporting the client in the rollout of a new management ERP currently being deployed.

☑️ The Interim Management Mission

FP&A – Market Controllers (M/F)
Reporting line: Group Finance Department

Functional relationships with Market & Country Managers
Functional relationships with the company’s Shared Services Center (SSC)
Each market represents roughly €100–300 million in revenue

Your relay management mission includes the following key objectives:

#1 Ensure regular reporting within the company

Monthly reporting, margin analysis, tracking of operating cash flow, monitoring customer DSO, review of P&Ls
Prepare rolling forecasts, analyze assumptions, and challenge market managers and key account owners on their activities

#2 Support the transformation of management tools

Actively contribute to the ongoing deployment of a new management ERP
Implement a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM / BI) tool selected by the Group

🏢 Interim Management: full-time relay management
✈️ Mobility: limited travel during the initial phase
🚩 Start: September 2025, following profile review & validation

⚽ Initial duration: 4–6 months — extension possible depending on project status
🏆 Transformation: possible conversion with our client in case of a strong mutual “FIT” and interest in supporting the Group across its many projects

☑️ Key skills & profile

Background

Solid education in Finance, Business School, or Management University
FP&A professional with operational controlling experience across markets
~15 years’ experience in a matrix environment
Native or bilingual French, professional English required; another European language is a plus

Sectors of experience

Services, engineering, or high-technology-intensive companies

Soft skills

Action-oriented: delivery, implementation, execution (not “consulting mode”)
Deadline-driven, team player in multicultural environments, strong tool proficiency
Clear, effective oral & written communication and initiative-taking
