Group in development in the industry
Present in France, Asia, North America and the United States in particular
In a phase of organic and external growth
Currently strengthening its central organization
Research & Development, Design, Production and Distribution of its technical products (series)
B to B sector

☑️ Position to be filled

Group Purchasing Director, initially for the French activities
Member of the Executive Committee
Define and implement the Group’s purchasing policy
Deploy the purchasing processes and internal controls
Unite and lead the purchasing teams within the companies
Negotiate the main strategic purchases on behalf of the Group
Optimize the management of suppliers and subcontractors
Set up indicators and monitor performance
Make trade-offs to improve operational efficiency
Report regularly to the Executive Committee

Position based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region

Mobility in France, then internationally in the long term

Start-up planned for July 2021, once the final choice has been made by the client

Possible option: minimum 6 months mission then recruitment in permanent contract

☑️ Profile sought

Experience in the industry essential
Engineering degree or specialized Master’s degree
At least 10 years of management experience in a purchasing department
Skilled negotiator, open-minded, intellectual curiosity
Team manager, communicative and motivated
Operational English
