Head of Accounting & Reporting professional, based in Belgium, in the Brussels area.

This opportunity is ideally suited to senior accounting professionals or Chief Accountant profiles with a strong technical accounting background and hands-on expertise across accounting operations, reporting and tax matters.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting, Tax and Reporting team, including local team members and shared service center activities;
• Prepare quarterly accounting reports for Group consolidation;
• Assess company inventories and fixed assets across different locations;
• Supervise tax-related accounting activities, including VAT, corporate income tax support and regulatory reporting;
• Oversee the accounting and reporting of subsidiaries;
• Support accounting teams on technical topics as SAP key user in SAP/FI and SAP/MM;
• Contribute to ERP optimization, internal controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
