To rapidly reach its goals, we are mandated on a Express & Confidential base to find this key HR Manager European Cluster (W/M) positions within the future Group organization.

This position will be first fulfilled with an interim management mission, before being staffed at a later stage on a permanent base.

We are looking for experienced professionals, having worked within large and matrix international organizations and with an operational mindset.

HR Manager European Cluster Mission 22.103

Directly reporting to EMEA HR Director

Main objectives

  • Be in charge of all HR activities within the various Cluster countries
  • Support the management in implementing HR Group and local policies
  • Manage recruitment, employee training and performance appraisals
  • Supervise payroll and HR administration activities within the cluster countries
  • Work with managers to provide counsels and find HR solutions
  • Manage, motivate and assess performances.

Countries within the EU Cluster

With production sites : Italy, Hungary

With commercial & business presence : Belgium United Kingdom, Poland, Austria Slovakia

🏢 Interim management mission : Based in Paris (France)
✈️ Business mobility : within the cluster countries to meet company teams
🚩 Starting date : ASAP & in November 2022
Mission length : Initial period of 6 months, extension possible. A permanent position will be fulfilled at a later stage

☑️ Your key skills & profile

Your Profile

Fully fluent in English. Another EU language is a plus
At least 10 year of HR operational role with a multi-country scope
Business partner attitude, strong HR & communication skills, operational approach
