Our client is part of an industrial group with numerous sites in France. For several of its production sites, based in the Ariège department, we are offering an interim management assignment as Human Resources Manager (RRH) M/F.

As the Group is in a growth phase, the current incumbent will be taking on new responsibilities in June 2024, and will eventually be replaced by a new recruit.

In the meantime, this bridge management mission will ensure the transition from the old to the new organization. As such, the interim manager will be able to apply for the position on a permanent basis in the event of a reciprocal "FIT" with our client.

  • Production of materials, transformation into semi-finished products
  • BtoB distribution throughout Europe
  • Most production is exported
  • Several sites for a total of around 250-350 people, depending on the season

☑️ Position to be filled

Human Resources Manager (RRH) M/F

You will report directly to the HR Director for France.

You will work closely with site management

You will be a member of the management of the industrial sites in your area.

Your mission includes all the components of an industrial site HRM, and in particular the following activities

#1 Represent the company within the various IRP bodies

  • Prepare and lead social dialogue
  • Organize annual negotiations within the framework of the collective agreement

#2 Support operational management in HR matters

  • Act as HR partner to site management
  • Help strengthen managerial HR skills

#3 Manage organizational efficiency

  • Recruit, train and develop workforce skills
  • Plan succession and develop long-term vision

#4 Deploy Group HR programs

  • Manage HR projects deployed at Group level in your area
  • Participate in organizational change management

🏢 Interim Management Mission : full-time, based in Ariège

✈️ Professional mobility : travel within the department

🚩 Start date: during May 2024, as soon as the relevant profile has been validated

Initial duration of 4 months : extension possible

☑️ Your key skills & profile


  • At least 10 years' HR experience in industry
  • Master's level HR training
  • Previous experience in transitional assignments is a plus
  • Experience of HR IS, such as Workday, is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

People skills

  • Ability to dialogue and listen
  • Comfortable negotiating with social partners (CGT)
  • Strategic vision
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in matrix teams
