INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER (M/F)
Our client is a major industrial player in its field and a member of an international group with various production sites throughout Europe.
For one of its main industrial and chemical production sites located in the East of France, we are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Manager (M/F).
The aim of this interim management assignment is to supervise all the maintenance teams, who are very active on the industrial site, while ensuring that deadlines and the quality of technical interventions on the machines are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the liquid or inorganic chemical industry, with a proven track record in the operational management of large maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with teams, in the field, on day-to-day tasks.

☑️ Interim management assignment
- Industrial Maintenance Manager (M/F)
- Reports directly to the Site Manager
- Key member of the site management team
Your main objectives are to
- Manage all maintenance teams: around 50 company employees;
- Supervise external service providers: around 50 service providers working on various equipment on the site.
- Ensure deadlines are met: in order to limit the non-availability of industrial equipment
- Ensure quality of work: no industrial incidents or lost-time injuries
- Manage the maintenance budget: around €10m per year for the site.
In short, for this assignment, you will act as the site manager's right-hand man, overseeing all maintenance activities with efficiency and peace of mind.
🏢 Interim management assignment: based in Eastern France
✈️ Professional mobility: limited to the industrial site
🚩 Start date: beginning of March 2024, upon validation of the successful candidate.
⚽ Length of assignment: 4 months minimum, extendable if necessary
🎯Transformation: depending on the fit between our client and the selected candidate, a transformation into a permanent contract is possible
☑️ Your key skills and profile
- Mechanical engineering degree
- At least 10 years' experience in industrial maintenance
- Must have worked in the chemical, heavy, liquid or mineral industries
- Experience in process industries such as Chemicals, Glass, Minerals, Steel, Cement; Nuclear, Carbonate manufacturing, etc.
- Knowledge of SAP R3, PM module a plus
