In a context of strong transformation of its business model, our client decided to reinforce its competences by calling upon an experienced & operational interim manager immediately.

On behalf of our client, an international group, we are looking for its future Planning & Scheduling Manager based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.During October 2021, we will start this interim management mission which may, depending on its evolution and the “FIT” that will take place with our client, be transformed into a permanent position.

☑️ The mission

You will assume the role of Planning & Scheduling Manager on the Group’s main production sitein a very operational manner

Your responsibilities include the following activities:

Management of operational activities

  • Participation in the Industrial and Commercial Plan (ICP)
  • The development of the Production Plan (PdP)
  • Establishing a production macro-schedule
  • Synchronization of the PdP with the production lines and management of buffer stocks
  • Planning and scheduling of production orders (OdF)
  • Regular updating of schedules according to production hazards and customer orders

Management of a team

  • Including Planners and Schedulers;
  • Management of interfaces with Customers, Quality and Production

Performance management

  • Monitoring of schedules and dashboards
  • Optimization of supply processes

In addition, you bring method and experience to reinforce operational processes, you manage and motivate a team and bring serenity in a context of strong transformation.

You report to the Supply Chain Director

🕗 Initial duration of 6 months, extendable

⚽ Possible transformation into a permanent contract

✈️ Physical presence on site, possible travel

☑️ Your Profile

Higher education in Production, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering

Mastery of MTO processes for having practiced them in your course

Expertise in planning chains: SOP / PdP / CBN

APICS certification is a plus

Minimum 10 years experience in an equivalent responsibility

Knowledge of the industry with quality constraints

Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, health and beauty sectors is a plus

Professional English

Knowledge of office automation tools & Excel in advanced mode

Rigorous, organized, autonomous and good communicator
