For one of our key international clients, FIT in NETWORK® has been
exclusively mandated, on a strictly confidential basis, to identify an experienced
Technical Tender Director for a major international tender.

This strategic interim assignment takes place within a complex infrastructure project
for essential environmental services. The selected professional will take an active part
in the tender team to coordinate the overall technical proposal, ensuring consistency
between operational solutions, technical commitments, costing and the overall tender
strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the technical tender, from definition of the technical strategy through to final submission
• Organize and align the different technical expert streams around one coherent operating solution
• Challenge technical assumptions, methodologies, performance commitments and key risks
• Ensure consistency between the proposed solution, operational requirements, CAPEX/OPEX assumptions and the financial model
• Drive technical reviews and optimization of the proposed operating model
• Consolidate the operational costing input required by the tender & finance teams
• Support senior tender governance, client clarifications and technical presentations

The technical scope may include environmental topics such as water treatment, reverse
osmosis, water networks management, wastewater treatment and networks, treated sewage
effluent reuse, long-term asset management and waste management.

Your Key Skills & Profile

Hard Skills

• Strong Engineering technical education
• Senior experience in technical tenders, O&M or utility operations
• Strong water, wastewater, environmental services background
• Experience with major international tenders
• Strong understanding of Capex, Opex, lifecycle costs
• English fluency, other European or Middle East language is a plus

Soft Skills

• Technical leadership
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary senior experts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Resilience, ability to deliver under demanding deadlines
