CLIENT'S NEEDS

Our client had successfully concluded a global carve-out from its former shareholder and was supported by various Transitions Service Agreements (TSA).
In this post separation phase, we were looking for a Carve-Out TSA Manager for a very interesting and challenging Transition Management assignment.
In this minimum 6 month assignment, the manager would report directly to the VP in charge and interact with all functions supported by the existing SLAs, such as HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and many others.

THE MISSION

- Drive the governance of the carve-out and ensure that SLAs are achieved and in progress;
- Ensure the effectiveness of TSA by monitoring that the expected services are delivered on time and on budget;
- Support the TSA exit program on a function by function and country by country basis in coordination with the previous shareholder;
- Manage costs in accordance with the SLAs in place and resolve any variances that may arise.

Experience with large carve-out projects and effective SLA management.
Ability to coordinate various activities.
Well organized and structured professional approach.
Sensitive to operational, contractual and financial issues.
