On behalf of our client, we were offering a new and very attractive Interim Management Mission as Director of Shared Services.
The mission was based in Berlin.

Manage a finance and accounting team of around 20 employees
Organize and carry out the 2020 annual closing
Ensure monthly closings and present the balance sheet and income statement to group subsidiaries
Develop internal controls and financial processes
Master SAP FI and CO modules
Supervise German tax compliance
Coordinate relations with external auditors
Report to the International Shared Services Director
Fluent in German and English
At least 10 years' experience in accounting and/or controlling
Effective management experience
Ease of communication, open-mindedness, stress resistance, adaptability
You are in Germany and willing to work in the Berlin area.
