CLIENT'S NEEDS

This industrial SME, subsidiary of a Group, was looking for its future Maintenance & New Works Manager for a long term Interim Management mission.

THE MISSION

You have authority over all of the following activities
-Maintenance of industrial equipment
-Design and Methods offices
-Material and spare parts store

You are responsible for the management of all new works:
-Definition of projects
- Consultation of companies
- Launching and monitoring the execution of projects

You actively participate in the safety of operations.
You are the relay, on the site, of the QHSE regulations.

THE PROFILE

Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
At least 10 years experience in a similar position.
SME culture and very operational approach.
Experience in electricity, automation, infrastructure and hydraulics is required.
Knowledge of classified sites regulations.
Practical experience in managing ISO standards for industry.
