This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Credit Manager within a major European group. A mission for professionals in cash management, working capital and optimising sales and supplier processes.

THE MISSION

Strengthen the cash culture within the Group.
Develop the processes in place and disseminate them within the company.
Coordinate all the internal players involved: general management, finance, sales, logistics, human resources, others.
Participate actively in internal meetings.
Regularly distribute the KPI's of the Credit Management activity.
Organize meetings and synergies with the sales teams.
Define credit limits and enforce them within the Group.
Manage the relationship with the Credit Insurer & manage the contractual terms.
Directly manage key accounts to ensure collection.

THE PROFILE

Finance, Business School, Master or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the function.
Experience in international groups.
Strong work ethic, precise, organized.
Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
Team player and ability to work in a matrix environment.
