Dear Member,

Our client is currently strengthening its Group Treasury function and is launching an interim management mission for a Group Treasury Manager (M/F).

The objective of this mission is to structure, secure and optimise all Group treasury activities. Together with the existing teams, you will lead projects to improve forecasting, optimise cash, deploy TMS tools, develop a strong cash culture, as well as build robust processes in an international environment.

Based at the Group’s headquarters in the Paris region, your mission will be highly operational (“hands on”) in order to reinforce the organisation and quickly deliver tangible results in terms of cash performance.

In this context, we are looking for an immediately available, structured, hands-on professional with solid experience in group central treasury, ideally acquired during previous interim management missions in international and demanding environments.

Group Treasury Manager (M/F)

Reporting line: Group Finance Department

Deploy new tools and optimise existing ones: cash management, forecasts, cash pooling, reporting.
Strengthen processes: standardise, automate, secure.
Develop a true cash culture across the Group and its subsidiaries.
Improve the quality of forecasts: rolling forecasts, variance analysis, reliability.
Optimise banking relationships: negotiating partnerships, financing lines, rationalising costs.
Structure & optimise cash pooling: international harmonisation, daily control, flow management.
Support subsidiaries: upskilling, training, cash governance.
Coordinate an international environment: multi-currency, complex flows, consolidated reporting.

🏢 Base: Paris region, occasional travel to subsidiaries

✈️ Mobility: limited, occasional travel within France and Europe

🚩 Start: ASAP, immediate availability required

⚽ Mission duration: 4m + 2m initially, extendable

☑️ Your profile & key skills

Profile

Master’s degree in Finance / Business / Treasury or equivalent

Having already completed several Interim / Transition Management missions (mandatory)

Solid experience in Group Treasury, international environment

Ideal sector knowledge: IT security / digital services (SSI), ESN, Digital, BtoB services

Experience with international shareholders or investment funds is a plus

Key skills

French native speaker, professional or bilingual level in English

Structured, rigorous, autonomous, proven ability to deliver

Mastery of multi-entity and multi-currency environments

Ability to structure, lead, negotiate & deliver quickly

Leadership, rigour, results-oriented, very strong cash culture
