The start will take place at the beginning of August 2021, so there is no time to lose to prepare your bags and move quickly near the site with views of nature and the surrounding mountains.

☑️ The mission
Reporting to the General Manager of the site, member of the local Codir
You have authority over all of the following activities:
- Maintenance of industrial equipment
- Design and methods offices
- Material and spare parts store
You will be responsible for the management of all new works
- Project definition
- Consultation of companies
- Launching and monitoring of project execution
You actively participate in the safety of operations
You are the relay, on the site, of the QHSE regulations,
You manage and develop the skills of your team
In relation with HR, you anticipate needs and implement training plans
You regularly communicate on the success of your team and the site and share the Group’s challenges
You manage subcontracting activities and relations with suppliers
You are responsible for the company’s investment budgets
🏢 Mission based in Occitania region
🕗 Initial duration of 9 months, extendable to 12 months
⚽ Convertible to permanent contract if common will
✈️ Carried out face-to-face, little travel
🚩 Start in early August 2021
Full time mission
☑️ Profile sought
Trained as an engineer, mechanical engineer, industrial maintenance engineer or equivalent.
At least 10 years experience in a similar position
SME culture and very operational approach
Experience in Electricity, Automation, Infrastructure, Hydraulics is desired
Knowledge of the regulations governing classified sites
Practical experience in managing ISO standards for industry
Close team manager, ability to communicate and motivate
Autonomous, able to take initiative and make decisions
A man or woman in the field, close to his or her teams
