• Recruiting an experienced Director of Operations

☑️ The Position: Director of Operations (M/F)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

🔹 Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead and improve production processes by deploying Lean manufacturing across all lines, while optimizing internal and logistics flows.

• Recommend implementing Kanban for optimized stock management and pull-flow operations.

• Ensure integration of internal systems, establishing new processes and new methods in a highly demanding environment in terms of quality and performance.

• Lead operational committees and all production lines, with regular performance reviews, adhering strictly to QHSE standards.

🔹 Team Management & Organizational Structuring

• Manage teams of several hundred employees and strengthen the effectiveness of middle management.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new competencies.

• Contribute to economic performance plans and the profitability of industrial activities.

☑️ Key Skills & Profile

Profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Production or Operations leadership roles within high-tech process industries, including reorganization or transformation contexts.

• Expertise in budget management, treasury, management control, investments, OPEX.

• Higher education in engineering or industrial management.

• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong knowledge of QHSE, Lean / Six Sigma standards.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership, team spirit, proactivity

• Natural presence on the shop floor, operational excellence

• Strong sense of commitment

• Excellent communication skills
