We are launching a new Interim Management assignment in the field of Finance as Finance Project Manager – Shared Services Center (SSC) within Finance & Accounting support functions.
On a confidential and urgent basis, our client has entrusted us with this search to:
🔎 Analyze the current organization and processes
🧭 Recommend human, process and tool optimizations
🚀 Implement the action plan approved by management
As with every interim mission, immediate availability is required and only the best profiles will be selected quickly.

☑️ Mission Scope
Role: Finance Project Manager – Shared Services Center (M/F)
Reporting to: Group CFO / VP Finance
Key Interfaces: Finance, Accounting & HR support functions
Main Objectives:
1️⃣ Diagnose the existing organization

Work closely with Finance & HR teams

Assess SSC structure, team skills, processes, and interfaces with operations
2️⃣ Recommend improvements
-
Human: identify key skills, internal mobility, and potential synergies
-
Processes & tools: strengthen operational efficiency, workflows, and key systems
3️⃣ Implement the approved action plan
-
Adjust the organization, deploy processes, and roll out new tools in coordination with all stakeholders

Full-time Interim Management

Location: Rhône-Alpes region (Lyon area)

Travel: Regional & national as required

Start date: End of September / early October 2025

Initial duration: 4–6 months (extension possible depending on action plan)
☑️ Candidate Profile & Key Skills
-
Strong academic background in Finance (Top-tier Business School or equivalent)
-
Certifications such as DPECF, DECF, DEC are a plus
-
At least 15 years’ experience in Shared Service Centers at national or international level
-
Proven expertise in creating or optimizing new SSC organizations
-
Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral
-
Comfortable working with complex organizations
-
Fluent professional English required
