Our client is currently strengthening its Treasury organization and has decided to open an interim management mission as Group Treasury Project Manager (M/W).
The aim of this mission is to lead the deployment of a new Treasury Management System (TMS) Kyriba across the Group and to improve cash visibility, forecasting & banking processes on a global international scope.
Based at the Group’s head office in the Paris area, and working closely with the finance teams located in the different countries, your mission will be to structure, to implement and to deliver this strategic project, ensuring a rapid adoption by all international finance users.
In this context, we are looking for an immediately available, structured and hands-on professional (M/W) with a proven track record in comparable treasury positions with TMS implementation expertise.

Our client is a growing international group, backed by a Private Equity investor with activities in high end technology and services for many different business sectors
Headquartered in France, the company operates many subsidiaries worldwide, mainly in Europe, Middle East and North America.
With a turnover around €1 billion, the Group is undergoing a major finance transformation program and has including a new TMS Kyriba, but also other BI’s and reporting tools.

Group Treasury Project Manager (M/W)
Direct report at Finance Group level
Direct report to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Your main objective is to lead the implementation of the Kyriba TMS across the Group, ensuring both the operational go-live and the functional adoption by all subsidiaries.
Acting as a Treasury Expert, your main activities includes:
· Launch the Kyriba implementation: take over the project from the very beginning, define the scope, coordinate with the services provider, ensure all banking partners and accounts are connected on a daily basis.
· Integrate with Group systems: manage the interface with the Group ERP and support the standardisation of processes across subsidiaries, progressively taking over Excel-based practices.
· Improve cash visibility: provides daily, consolidated cash positions in a multi-currency environment, set up cash pooling where needed & secure real-time liquidity monitoring for management.
· Develop rolling forecasts: implement & monitor rolling forecasts process, analyse variances versus actuals, and ensure forecasts become a reliable tool for decision-making.
· Coordinate internal and external stakeholders: work closely with banks, external providers, accounting teams, and internal IT/DSI teams to deliver the project.
· Train and support key users: ensure subsidiaries adopt the new processes, provide guidance and training, act as functional lead so that Kyriba becomes an effective day-to-day tool for the Group.
· Standardise and improve processes: Harmonise treasury procedures, automate reporting, and strengthen governance to meet both Group policies and Shareholders requirements.
🏢 Base: Paris area, with regular travels within France branches
✈️ Mobility: Mainly within France in first phase, occasional abroad upon necessary
🚩 Start date: ASAP, immediate availability required
⚽ Mission length: 6 months initially, extendable
🏆 Transformation possible: multiple opportunities to join the Group on a permanent basis, depending on the “FIT” with the company culture and activities
☑️ Your key skills & profile
Profile
Finance / Business / Treasury Master degree or equivalent.
At least 15 years of experience in Treasury, ideally within structured international group
Successful track record in treasury transformation projects and, TMS implementation.
Direct knowledge of Kyriba is a strong advantage, familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage of Unit4
Key skills
French native or fully fluent speaker, English as business language
Structured, rigorous, and autonomous, with strong project management skills and a proven ability to deliver results
Not only a project coordinator but a true “doer”, capable of pushing initiatives forward while managing complexity
Team player, pragmatic, able to train and support international colleagues.
