HR Restructuring and Social Relations Expert (M/W)

For one of our key international client, we have an express & exclusive mandate to find an interim manager for a Human Resource mission.

During this mission, our interim manager will act as HR Restructuring & Social Relation Expert (M/W) directly advising the Client on process management, on meeting preparation, on social relations expertise and drafting the necessary documentation to meet French labour laws.

This highly sensitive and impactful mission will be positioned at the head office level, with a main scope within France plus some limited EU countries where our Client is also active.

To qualify for this mission, your experience must include 3 key assets: fluent in English Master French social laws & regulations plus effective expertise in social relations & restructuring.

☑️ The Interim Management Mission

HR Restructuring & social relations (M/W)

Direct report to the HR Group level

In functional relation to the HR organisation in France and EU level

In coordination with external legal advisors

Working as HR project manager and facilitator

Acting as an expert and internal HR senior advisor, your main includes

· An advisory process management role: to make sure that both Executive managers and Front-line HR managers follow the appropriate procedures to meet French and EU regulations

· Support in HR documentation: to ensure that the front-line negotiation teams have the necessary information and legal documents (books 1, 2, etc.) to properly inform social partners

· A coordination support role: as many parties will be involved, you will ensure the necessary coordination between the HR teams, the Legal teams and the other Functions such as Operations, Finance, other

· A communication support: both for internal matters, regular Group-level communication and information and for external parties including French administration and local authorities

🏢 Interim Management Mission: based in Paris area

✈️ Business mobility: limited to key cities in France, in option to key EU countries

🚩 Starting date: early September 2025 with a regular review, meeting & decision process in August 2025

⚽ Mission length: 6 months minimum, extensible upon the situation

🏆 Transformationnot considered at this stage, this being a pure interim management mission
