
INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER (M/F)
Our client has expressly and exclusively entrusted us with the search for an Interim Chief Information Officer (M/F) to support their ongoing transformation project. A key focus of the mission will be on securing and stabilizing interfaces and systems related to the Finance function.
As the company is experiencing steady growth in its operations, it has launched a large-scale project to adapt its information and communication systems to meet market demands.
The new ERP integrates operational activities – purchasing, logistics, supply chain – as well as financial activities – including interfaces with management and accounting systems.
To strengthen the current capabilities, complete the transformation of the information architecture, and design the resulting target organization, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on interim manager (M/F), available immediately.
Start date: Early July 2025, upon validation of the most suitable profile (M/F) by our team and our client.

Strong functional relationships with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain
The mission includes two main phases agreed upon with the client:
#Phase 1: Rapidly stabilize and secure existing systems

Especially accounting & finance modules: secure interfaces, eliminate duplicate entries, streamline communication processes

Manage and train key users, support end-users

Identify and analyze post-deployment issues, implement necessary corrective actions with key stakeholders
#Phase 2: Propose a vision and implement the target organization

Analyze the current organization, assess existing and required skills for post-implementation

Support skill development, oversee necessary recruitments and team alignment with long-term objectives

Propose an action plan to structure the new roles, tools, processes, and resources to support the company’s growth
🏢 Interim Management Role: Full-time
🌍 Main location: Savoie region (73), France
✈️ Mobility: Limited travel, occasional regional or national trips
🚩 Start date: Early July 2025, upon validation of suitable profiles
⚽ Initial duration: 4 to 6 months, possible extension depending on context
🏆 Transformation opportunity: Open option to join the group long-term, if mutual interest and fit

Profile

Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Engineering School or Master’s level

Minimum 15 years’ experience in the role

Strong command of tools, systems, interfaces, and infrastructure
Soft Skills
