INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER (M/F)

Dear Member,

Our client has expressly and exclusively entrusted us with the search for an Interim Chief Information Officer (M/F) to support its ongoing transformation project. A particular focus of this mission will be on securing and stabilizing interfaces and systems connected to the Finance function.

The company, experiencing consistent growth in its activities, has launched a major project to adapt its information and communication systems to meet market challenges.

The new ERP integrates operational activities — purchasing, logistics, supply chain — as well as financial activities, including interfaces with management and accounting systems.

In order to strengthen the skills in place, complete the transformation of the information architecture, and propose a new target organization arising from it, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on interim manager (M/F) available immediately.

The start is planned for early July 2025, once the best candidate has been validated by our team and by our client.

☑️ The Interim Management Mission

Chief Information Officer (M/F)

  • Member of the Executive Committee

  • Reporting to the Director of Operations

  • Strong functional ties with Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain

The mission includes two phases agreed with the client:

Phase 1: Quickly stabilize and secure the current systems

  • In particular, the accounting and financial modules: secure interfaces, avoid double entries, safeguard communication processes

  • Manage and train key users, support end users

  • Identify and analyze post-deployment malfunctions, implement corrective actions with key stakeholders

Phase 2: Propose a vision and implement the target organization

  • Analyze the current organization, available skills, and skills required for the post-implementation phase

  • Support skills development, monitor needed recruitments, and adapt teams to long-term objectives

  • Propose an action plan to structure new missions, tools, processes, and resources necessary for the organization’s growth

🏢 Interim Management Mission: full-time
🌍 Base location: Savoie department (73)
✈️ Professional mobility: limited travel, occasional regional or national trips
🚩 Start: early July 2025, upon validation of suitable profiles
⚽ Initial duration: 4 to 6 months, with possible extensions depending on context
🏆 Transformation: an open option with our client, if there is a mutual “fit” and shared desire to continue with future projects


☑️ Key skills & profile

Profile

  • Degree in information systems engineering, engineering school or Master’s degree

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the role

  • Proficiency with tools, systems, interfaces, hardware

Soft skills

  • “Hands-on” profile, able to get involved directly

  • Close-to-the-field manager, able to support teams and users

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
