For one of our international Client, we have an exclusive mandate for this senior opportunity to join an ongoing major tender process to manage a future Deep Sewerage System in the United Arab Emirates.  

For this permanent position, the selected candidate expertise will be presented in the tender’s package as the Client’s expert in his field. In case the contract is secured, the candidate will then have the opportunity to join the Client’s team on a permanent contract. 

Our Client being an international Group with a successful track record on such large-scale projects, they are confident that their technical expertise, business references and reputation will position them within this major infrastructure project Preferred Bidders. 

This position within the Operation & Maintenance company (O&M) company is Senior Maintenance Manager (M/W) with reference #25.214

☑️ The international project for each position 

  • Major Sewerage Deep Tunnel to be built in the United Arab Emirates 
  • In the form of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) concluded with a JV project company 
  • A future world reference in public sewerage systems,  
  • Developing an underground sewage network with tunnel diameters from 4.0 to 6.0 m

  • To meet the Client’s time frame to submit his tender, 
  • Application deadline: October 30th, 2025 
  • Client interviews: until latest November 15th, 2025 
  • Final Client decision: latest November 17th, 2025

 

☑️ The position: Senior Maintenance Manager #25.214 

Within the O&M company 

Your main tasks & responsibilities 

Minimum 15 years of experience in the maintenance of similar systems 

Maintenance Manager of at least one similar project scope 

Expertise in maintenance management of Link sewers, tunnels, associated systems 

Your main skills & experience 

Civil Engineering degree  

Professional qualification in CRMP, MMP or equivalent

 🏢 Location: Middle East, United Arab Emirates,  

✈️ Mobility: able to relocate to the UAE on a permanent basis  

🚩 Application deadline: October 30th, 2025 

📅 Starting date: expected Q2-2026 

⚽ Contract type: permanent contract, with various mobility package 

👷 Mindset: for this long-term project, we expect professionals to commit on a medium to long term basis for this position
