🎯 Preliminary requirements:
· Proven senior technical experience in water network management (NO waste water experience / no desalination production / no facility construction profiles)
· Prior experience min 15 years +
· Leadership of min 500+ employees
· Management of a water network experience : min 5,000+ km
· Oversight of water distribution of min 500,000+ m3/day
· Proficient in English / Knowledge of Arabic a plus

We have an Exclusive & Confidential mission to recruit Senior Water Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manager for the Riyadh region. This role will join the top management team, overseeing potable water management for millions inhabitants in the Riyadh area.
JV with Industrial leaders in water management and civil engineering
Key objectives: upgrade operational performance, monitor non revenue water, Improve service quality, enhance service continuity, change management
Large team to manage of 600+ and a major water distribution network to operate
📌 Responsibilities:
· Lead water distribution activities
· Manage a vast potable water network
· Drive operational process transformation
· Optimize new client connections
· Ensure team training
· Supervise contractor work
🎯 Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior O&M Water Network Manager based in Riyadh. As a Senior Manager for Operations and Maintenance of the Water Network, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to oversee all aspects of maintenance, repair, and operations for our water distribution infrastructure. You will be responsible for meeting both operational and financial objectives through effective team management, contract management, cost analysis, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for ensuring contractual obligations, service performance, and
quality standards are met.
