Function

You will be responsible for the overall operational management of the Group's CFO & IT.

CLIENT'S NEEDS

Our client is a world-renowned industrial group and one of the leaders in its sector, based in the Rhône-Alpes part of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
Its internal organization was being renewed to adapt to its growing dimension. As such, we were exclusively mandated to quickly find its future Administrative & Financial Director (AFD ) in charge of all Information & Technology (IT) activities.
From the beginning of October 2021, we started this Transition Management mission for this very nice position which will then be filled permanently by our client.

THE COMPANY

THE MISSION

Your teams include the following functions:

-General & analytical accounting
-Management control
-Treasury
-International financial control
-Legal activities
-IT activities and digital projects

Your missions are in particular :

Management of budgets and multi-year plans
-Development of financial processes and internal control
-Respecting deadlines and guaranteeing the reliability of information
-Analysis of industrial and international investments
-Deployment of IT and digital solutions
- Participation in the choice of a new ERP and its implementation

THE PROFILE

You have a higher education in Finance, minimum Master or equivalent.
You have already been CFO for at least 5 years in an international group with a turnover of at least € 100 million.
You have worked for a renowned audit firm and for industrial groups.

You know and appreciate the industry.
You have ideally worked several years abroad.
You have between 15 and 20 years of professional experience.
Your English is professional and fluent, another language will be a plus.
