Function

Your role is to support the organization in place to ensure the position of Administrative & Financial Director for the entire Group.

CLIENT'S NEEDS

Within the framework of the strong growth of its activities, our client had decided to reinforce its organization by integrating as soon as possible an interim Group Administrative & Financial Director.
The Group was developing its expertise in the real estate sector, with several business lines and throughout the country, in both the housing and commercial real estate sectors.
We had been mandated in an exclusive and confidential way for this very beautiful mission of Transition Management, based near Paris for a duration of 4 to 6 months.

THE COMPANY

THE MISSION

You are responsible for the following activities

-General accounting
-Tax management
-Supervision of the consolidated accounts
-Financing of various projects
-Current cash management
-Performance analysis
-Operational management control
-Budgets and project forecasts

You participate in the development of internal procedures:
-You manage a multidisciplinary team and participate in its development
-You are the guarantor of the respect of the schedule and the budgets

THE PROFILE

You have between 10 and 20 years of professional experience
In your career, you have worked for a large firm and a large company.

Essential criteria:

-You have significant experience in the real estate and/or property development sector
-You have already been CFO in these sectors for companies with a turnover of at least € 100 million
-You know SAGE and at least one other ERP for the real estate industry
-You have an accounting and financial education at the level of Bac+5 or equivalent
-You speak professional English
