
PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F)
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing SME-SMI looking to accelerate its skills development, we have been expressly and exclusively mandated to find its future Production Manager (M/F).
During this interim management assignment, your objective will be to optimize all existing production resources, through team engagement and optimal use of equipment, and then support the company in transitioning to its future target organization.
To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced profile, available quickly, capable of sharing their expertise and know-how with the production teams.
The start is scheduled for the second half of July 2025, once the best profile (M/F) has been validated by our team and our Client.

Management of all workshops and oversight of production teams
In close coordination with General Management, Industrial Management, and the Commercial, Logistics, and Purchasing functions, your mission will mainly focus on the following priorities:
# Priority 1: Ensure optimal use of production resources
· By diagnosing the capacities of existing industrial equipment
· By optimally organizing the production workshops: mechanical, electrical, assembly
· By updating production plans (PDP), anticipating purchases, subcontracting, and critical stock levels
# Priority 2: Support skills development of the teams
· Ensure that the existing teams have the information, processes, and operating procedures needed to meet their objectives
· Anticipate training needs and recruitment of key profiles required for operations
# Priority 3: Prepare for the future in terms of resources and processes
· Participate in the development of an investment plan to enable the company to adapt its production resources to growing demand
· Propose process adjustments to strengthen operating procedures
🏢 Interim Management mission: full-time
🌍 Primary base: Vaucluse department (84), near Aix-en-Provence
✈️ Professional mobility: very limited, regional travel
🚩 Start: by the end of July 2025, after relevant profiles have been validated
⚽ Initial duration: 4 to 6 months, as initially estimated by the Client
🏆 Extension & evolution: depending on the situation, possible extension to cover other challenges, including the implementation of a new ERP

Technical education, engineer level

Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical, electronic, defense, aerospace, or automotive industries
Soft skills

A caring manager (M/F) who supports teams and provides operational assistance

A hands-on, close-to-the-ground professional with a presence on the shop floor

Ability to motivate resources and support them for optimal individual engagement
