Currently developing its international activities, within his growing markets, our client has launched numerous hiring initiatives in many different countries and for a large number or positions.
To meet his goals, we are strengthening his corporate HR organization with an experienced and hands-on Senior HR professional.

☑️ The interim management mission
Group Talent Acquisition Director
Directly reporting to the VP HR Group
Leading an internal team and supervising the external service providers
Your main mission will be to drive the intensive hiring activities and international initiatives within the whole Group.
- Plan and implement the Group”s talent acquisition strategy
- Develop policies for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Supervise sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes : resume screening, calls, interviews, etc.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events : career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
You will ensure a close business relation with the various hiring Business Line Directors and coordinate the dedicated HR team.
To succeed in this mission, you will also benefit from external hiring partners supporting the Group finding new talents in engineering, sales, HR, financial and various other key competences.

☑️ Your key skills & profile
Senior HR Talent executive manager
Between 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a large group
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques & evaluation methods
Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Capable of monitoring various HR streams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You are a reference Senior Talent Recruiter director with a proactive problem-solver mindset and a positive, “can do” attitude
