The position to be filled
You will report to the Group’s General Management and, as HR Manager, your main missions will be as follows
To ensure the implementation of the HR policy and social dialogue
☑️ Develop the company’s employer brand;
☑️ Participate with the management team in the development of the HR development plan and the associated social policy;
☑️Organize social dialogue in the entities.
Manage the recruitment and integration of employees.
☑️ Identify with the directors the various recruitment needs.
☑️ Manage the sourcing channels and the distribution of offers
☑️ Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process until its finalization
☑️ Guarantee in coordination with the teams the integration of new employees
Manage the administration of the personnel
☑️ Manage all administrative aspects related to employment contracts and the company’s
legal and reporting obligations of the company
☑️ Coordinate the relationship with the company’s Councils on social aspects
Develop skills and career development
☑️ Identify skills needs and build training plans
☑️ Develop the evaluation of skills and coordinate the proper conduct of
☑️ Support store managers in their HR missions
📍 Position based in Perpignan with mobility on Montpellier and their surroundings
✈️ Carried out face-to-face for the most part, telecommuting possible in part
📅 S tarting as soon as the final candidate is chosen
You have at least 10 years of professional experience in HR functions ;
You are comfortable with all the tools making the HR function efficient (Office 360, Teams, Power BI) ;
You prioritize the recruitment actions and the relationship with the managers;
Your soft-skills are also important assets for this position within an SME :
