CLIENT'S NEEDS

Our client is a group in a rapid growth phase through regular external growth operations, with a view to becoming a champion in its sector.
Supported by long-term shareholders, it is developing its activities in France and in several European countries in the digital and IT infrastructure sectors.
To strengthen its organization, our client is recruiting a new Group Accounting Manager on a permanent basis for a new position based in Paris - Ile de France.

THE COMPANY

Turnover of the perimeter to be managed: about m€ 100 in 2021, will be multiplied by 2 in the 24 months plan.

THE POSITION

Create the function of Accounting Manager for the Group.
Report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Functionallysupervise the CFOs of the subsidiaries & participations.
Organize all accounting activities for the Group.
Implement all processes and exchanges of accounting information.
Ensure the reliability of accounting and financial data.
Continuouslyintegrate new acquisitions, both current and future.
Define a French and international accounting framework.
Ensure accounting production and relations with the CACs and Chartered Accountants within the Group.
Be agile to adapt to the different accounting tools within the Group.

THE PROFILE

Between 10 and 20 years of experience.
You know the digital sector.
You have a minimum of 5 years experience in the IT services sector.
You are familiar with fixed price accounting for long-term contracts.
You have a higher education in accounting and finance.
Minimum Master's degree or equivalent.
You already have experience in an international group.
