As part of our client's ongoing annual accounts closing, we are offering an interim management assignment as Administrative & Accounting Manager (M/F).

As part of our client's team, your role will be to play an operational role in the annual closing of accounts, in conjunction with the Finance Department and with the support of the Shared Services Center (SSC).

To do this, you will use the SAP tool, in particular the FI-CO modules.

As the language of communication with the SSC is English, you will be operational in both French and English.

Administrative & Accounting Manager (M/F)

Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager

Member of an accounting team spread over several sites: Paris, Province

Liaise with company operational staff

Relations with theShared Services Center

Relations with auditors & statutory auditors

You have two main responsibilities:

#1 Participate operationally in the closing of the annual accounts

- Review and process closing entries on the SAP tool

- Reconciliation of intra-group transactions and balances

- Preparation of annual reporting packages for integration into Group consolidation

#2 Management of relations with auditors

- Answers to auditors' questions

- Justification of balance sheet balances

- Preparation of notes to the financial statements

🏢 Interim Management assignment: full-time, based in Paris

✈️ Professional mobility: very limited, no travel planned

🚩 IMMEDIATE start : as soon as the relevant profile has been validated

⚽ Initial duration of 4 months: probable extension depending on projects.

☑️ Your key skills & profile


Accounting background, essential, minimum DCG, ideally DSCG or DEC

Knowledge of SAP, essential

Hyperion practice a plus

Minimum 10 years' experience in an accounting role

Experience in an accounting firm is a plus

Accounting experience in a multi-company or Group environment

Personal skills

Operational and autonomous

Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

Fluent in English
