Working with Operational Managers and Management Controllers across France, you will be the coordinator of all contractual and financial initiatives
to drive inflation-related impacts.

Several thousand contracts spread across the Regions.

Reports to the Group Finance Director.
Functional relationships with the Management Controllers of the Regions.
Relationship with Operational Managers and Contract Managers.
- Define & deploy the "Inflation" strategy within the company;
- Drive & coordinate all regional initiatives;
- Consolidate impacts and develop monitoring KPIs;
- Implement and disseminate best practices;
- Deploy contractual and financialprocesses in contracts;
- Advise and support operational managers.
You are the Group's correspondent
in France to coordinate all actions of the "inflation" strategy.

Based in the Paris region with a France scope.

Extendable depending on the evolution of the situation.
☑️ Your key skills & profile
Man or Woman of conviction.
Able to coordinate teams in functional mode.
Analytical mind and ability to analyze.
Understanding of operational issues.
At ease in oral and written communications.
Autonomous, able to take initiatives.
Professional English: oral & written.
Experience in an operational CDG is essential.
Education: Business school, engineering school, University of Management at Master level or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years experience in groups with matrix organizations.
Minimum size 100 M€.
