CLIENT'S NEEDS

In summary, our client is an international organization that was reorganizing its corporate structure to meet high demand and a new strategic vision.
In order to quickly achieve its objectives, we were mandated on an Express & Confidential basis to find this HR position. This key position is in the future organization of the group and will initially be provided by an Interim Management mission, before being filled later on a permanent basis.
We were looking for an experienced professional, having worked in large international matrix organizations and having an operational mindset.

THE COMPANY

It is a key player in its markets with a leading technological advantage. It has customers exclusively in B2B.

THE MISSION

Main objectives:

- Be in charge of all HR activities in the different countries of the Cluster.
- Support management in the implementation of Group and local HR policies.
- Manage recruitment, employee training and performance reviews.
- Oversee payroll and HR administration activities within the Cluster countries.
- Work with managers to advise and find HR solutions.
- Manage, motivate and evaluate performance.

European cluster countries.
With production sites: Italy, Hungary.
Commercial presence: Belgium, United Kingdom, Poland, Austria, Slovakia.

THE PROFILE

You are fluent in English. Another EU language is a plus.
At least 10 years experience in an operational HR role with multi-country scope.
Business partner attitude, strong HR and communication skills, operational approach.
