CLIENT'S NEEDS

Our client was strengthening its Human Resources organization and was embarking on a group-wide business transformation program.
For one of its main production sites, located in the German region of Rhineland-Palatinate, in the area of Cologne - Frankfurt, we proposed this large mission of Transition Management of HR with a real role of Business Partner.
Within the framework of this 6 month assignment, the manager was leading and managing all HR activities and reporting directly to the General Manager of the site. The manager was also in contact with the group HR teams to implement the group policies and initiatives.

THE MISSION

Your primary mission is to oversee all aspects of human resources and ensure the smooth running of industrial activities with the necessary skills.
The focus of this assignment includes HR activities such as recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and talent management.
This HR management position is critical to the success of the company and key to ensuring a positive and dynamic work environment for all employees.

Your daily activities will include:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the company strategy;
- Manage recruitment processes in coordination with Group policies;
- Foster a positive work environment;
- Ensure linkage between employee and management relationships and expectations;
- Report key HR metrics to management and provide HR guidance;
- Ensure HR compliance with rules and regulations.

THE PROFILE

Proven professional experience of 15 to 20 years as an HR manager.
Demonstrated HR practice on an industrial site.
People oriented and result driven.
Thorough knowledge of German labor law.
Experience in an international group.
